HMKM has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Firmdale Hotels, helping to refine and define its identity across all of its communication formats. Our strategy reflects the vision of the owners, Tim and Kit Kemp, who believe that hotels are living things, not stuffy institutions. Over a space of seventeen years, we have created a signature identity for each of the group’s nine hotels. Most recently, HMKM has designed a fully responsive online experience, bringing the group’s unique properties to life with a vibrant evocation of each hotel’s location and identity.
