The Wilkin family have been farming in the Essex countryside for centuries, and the reputation they’ve built over that time — for authenticity, superb quality, and independence — formed a natural foundation for the project. Tiptree acquired a space in the new Chelmsford development of Bond Street. This was a big step out of their classic tearooms and into the city centre. Following a brand immersion at the Tiptree farm and factory in Essex, HMKM held a workshop session at our studio. With all the key stake holders in one room we refined the brand values and defined the retail and graphics brief. With a great story to tell HMKM identified the key factors the customer should experience.
